Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the z776 platform. This document forms the legal basis of the agreement between you and z776.

Important: By registering or using the z776 platform, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. For users aged 21 and above only.
Section 1

General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the z776 platform and all services under it. The following words are used with the meanings defined below:

  • "Platform" refers to z776's website, mobile version, and all associated digital services.
  • "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered on or is using the platform.
  • "Account" refers to a user's registered profile.
  • "Services" refers to sports betting, casino games, slots, live gaming, and all other entertainment features provided by z776.
  • "Bonus" refers to any promotional funds or credits provided by z776.

These terms apply under the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be handled within the Bangladeshi legal framework.

Section 2

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account with z776, users must be at least 21 years of age. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. z776 may request relevant documents at any time to verify age.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. z776 reserves the right to close all accounts and forfeit associated funds if a single person is found to hold multiple accounts.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure. Users must notify z776 immediately if any information changes.

2.4 Account Security

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) confidential. Any unauthorized access to the account must be reported to z776 immediately. Users bear responsibility for any loss resulting from sharing login credentials with third parties.

Section 3

Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

3.1 Minimum Transaction Limits

  • Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per payment method).
  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
  • Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.

3.2 Accepted Payment Methods

z776 supports the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer

Transactions through any method other than the above are not accepted.

3.3 Withdrawal Verification Process

z776 reserves the right to verify identity before processing a withdrawal. If suspicious activity is detected on an account, the withdrawal may be placed on hold until an investigation is complete.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering

z776 is committed to preventing money laundering. If irregular or suspicious financial transactions are detected on any account, the relevant authorities will be notified and the account may be closed.

Section 4

Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total of ৳2,500; depositing ৳22,000 gives a ৳15,000 bonus for a total of ৳37,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means the bonus funds must be wagered 15 times the total bonus amount before withdrawal. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own expiry period — once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
  • If an account is operated with the intent of collecting bonuses or gaining unfair advantages, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • z776 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

VIP and Loyalty Program

z776's VIP program has four tiers. Members move up to higher tiers through regular play and receive greater benefits:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
  • Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
  • Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.1%.
  • Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%, along with priority support and exclusive promotions.

Cashback is calculated weekly and added to the account subject to applicable conditions. z776 reserves the right to modify VIP tier benefits and terms.

Section 6

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the z776 platform. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

  • Opening an account using someone else's identity or providing false information.
  • Hacking or fraudulently exploiting the platform's software or game systems.
  • Colluding with others for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
  • Operating multiple accounts under the same person.
  • Using automated bots or third-party software to play.
  • Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
  • Threatening, harassing, or behaving inappropriately toward other members or staff.

Betting Rules

7.1 Validity of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless it was recorded incorrectly due to a technical error. In such cases, z776 will investigate and make the appropriate decision.

7.2 Determining Results

All game and betting results are determined by a neutral random number generator (RNG) or based on live event outcomes. In the event of a dispute over any result, z776's decision will be considered final.

7.3 Maximum Bet Limits

A maximum bet amount is set for each game or event and will be displayed on the game page. z776 reserves the right to change bet limits at any time.

7.4 Sports Events

For live sports betting, results may vary due to delays caused by internet connectivity. For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and other sporting events, the relevant official results will be considered final.

Responsible Gaming

z776 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be for entertainment purposes only and should not have a negative impact on any member's life.

8.1 Self-Set Limits

Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. This feature helps keep gaming within control.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

8.3 Protection of Minors

It is our responsibility to prevent persons under 21 from using the platform, and we also urge guardians to remain vigilant in this regard.

Section 9

Privacy and Data Protection

z776 places the highest priority on protecting members' personal information. Our platform is secured with SSL encryption, which keeps all your transactions and data safe.

Section 10

Account Suspension and Closure Rules

10.1 Account Closure by z776

z776 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • In cases of violation of the terms and conditions.
  • If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
  • If false information is provided.
  • If age verification fails.
  • If disrespectful behavior is shown toward other members or staff.

10.2 Account Closure by Member

Any member may voluntarily close their account. To do so, they must contact the support team via live chat or email. The member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

Limitation of Liability

z776 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. z776's liability is limited in the following areas:

  • Any loss caused by technical errors or internet connectivity issues.
  • Issues arising from errors in third-party game provider software.
  • Financial losses resulting from a user's own gaming decisions.
  • Service disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or government restrictions.

Dispute Resolution

If a member wishes to raise a dispute regarding any transaction, betting result, or service, the following process must be followed:

  • Submit a complaint to z776 support via live chat or email within 30 days of the date of the incident.
  • Attach relevant screenshots or evidence with the complaint.
  • z776 will review the complaint within business days and provide a resolution.
  • If not satisfied with the initial resolution, there is an option to appeal at a higher level.

z776's decision is final and binding in the resolution of all disputes.

Changes to Terms

z776 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions. Therefore, it is recommended to check this page regularly.
